Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.

Shipping Times

We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery typically takes 5–13 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.

Shipping times are estimates. Once your order is handed to the carrier, delays caused by weather, high volume, or carrier issues are outside our control.

Free Shipping

All GovisBloom orders ship free. Shipping costs are already included in the product price, so customers never pay extra at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. GovisBloom is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. If further help is needed, reach out to us and we’ll support you as best we can.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Contact us immediately if you need assistance.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
